Beaver Scouts is open to children aged between 6 and 8 years old. They are the youngest section in the Scouting family. The Beaver Scouts were formed in October 1982 as there was a growing demand. The Beaver programme allows for a full range of activities and will help them to get to know other people, and explore the world they live in.

 

Once a Beaver Scout reaches 8 they move on to the Cub Scouts.
